I initiated the basketball tee design project for Wilson, developing key success factors and an effective marketing strategy by analyzing the 3Cs: Wilson's unique strengths, competitor landscape, and consumer expectations and trends. With this strategy in mind, I conceptualized the "Avant Heritage" design, crafting distinctive tees that reflect the brand's authenticity, legacy, and its partnership with the NBA.
